My favorite #GirlEatWorld moment of 2015 goes to the Great Wall of China! I think it goes without saying why this was such an amazing experience. It definitely ticked off one of my bucket list! It's already 2016 in Singapore now! It has been an amazing year for me. I wish you all a very happy new year and awesome travel this year!

3rd favorite #GirlEatWorld moment in 2015 – Having a dark chocolate Tim Tams at the Circular Quay in Sydney . I went to Australia for two weeks in May with @yhaaustralia. It was such a life changing trip! I got to meet awesome people in the city too: @nancyonathan, @jimmyeatsw0rld, Vinh and @kirra_811. Why Tim Tams? The chocolate biscuit is pretty much synonymous with Australia. There are tons of variety but my favorite is still the dark chocolate one! And also the raspberry one by Adriano Zumbo What's your favorite Tim Tams? Comment and let me know Sydney Opera House were only opened 42 years ago, but it has today become the most recognizable symbol of Sydney. In 2007, the building was listed as UNESCO World Heritage site, describing it as great urban sculpture set in a remarkable waterscape, at the tip of a peninsula projecting into Sydney Harbour. My tip: Walk across the Harbour Bridge to see different sides of the opera house for free! #SeeAustralia #RestaurantAustralia

5. Pudina Paratha at Taj Mahal in Agra, India. Bucket list that got an unexpectedly crossed this year! Taj Mahal is the most intrinsically beautiful building i've ever visited. All of the patterns on this building were not painted, they are marble inlays – the result of hand-shaped precious stones which are then placed over marbles that has been carved *exactly* to fit the stones. The marbles are then polished, and the result is a smooth marbles with stones embedded on the surface! #mindblown

Just in time for Myanmar trip next week – This #WeEatWorld by my friend @nycars shows the magical view that puts Bagan on my "must visit" list. Follow @nycars for awesome – and punny – cars! As for the caption, i'll keep it true to @nycars' words: "It's taken while travelling in a hot air balloon over Bagan, which is located in central Myanmar along the Ayeyarwady River. I would love to see a hot air balloon chase in a movie one day, it would take around 5 hours. But there's certainly something very peaceful about drifting with no sound as the sun rises over this incredible place. The large structure is the Sulamani Temple, built in 11th century and one of around 3000 temples in the area. The puff was Myanmar street food, and was filled with peanut and sugar and was quite disgusting. My tip, avoid eating dubious street food before getting on a hot air balloon. Please enjoy, and please go visit Bagan. It's incredible." (I'll still try the street food tho :P)

שף עם סטייל: טל שפיגל, שף פטיסייר ישראלי שגר בפריז מצלם פטיסרי מדהימים- אקלרים, קאפקייקס, מקרונים, טארטלטים- וכל יום מתאים את המאפים המתוקים לאחד מ-200 זוגות הנעליים שלו.

As a kid I used to love Ferraro rocher, trying to eat it layer by layer, slowly so the taste and experience never ends. Then I visited @latelierdeleclair and this Ferrero look alike eclair caught my eyes and I was thrown back to age 6. So I took it and ate it slowly, layer by layer: a soft eclair filled with milk chocolate mousse, nuts praliné and covered in chocolate with crushed nut pieces. this eclair made 6 year old me very happy.

Sit tight, this is the coolest Mont Blanc ever (and it's one of 3 different ones, soon to be on desserted also) made by @boulangeriebo with a sweet dough base filled with almond cream, pear coulis and lime, topped with a meringue and Chantilly core, and covered by strings of purple sweet potato. Mind blown yet?

I love how during April all the patisseries slowly change they're colors to red, with strawberries and raspberries like this "Tarte Valéro" by @arnaudlarher with a sweet tart base, raspberries compote, and Panna cotta & bitter almond square surrounded by fresh raspberries and accompanied by my @jourferieparis shoes

My romance with lemon tarts will never end, this sweet zesty feeling is just the best my taste buds can ask for! Specially when its accompanied by a creamy fluffy Italian meringue like this lemon tart by @dalloyauparis classic, zesty and yellow!
